2. Purpose
This Site is an assistance platform allowing Users to request help completing their application before travelling.
By using this Site, you accept these Terms without reservation.
3. Nature of the service
The Provider is an independent assistance service and is not affiliated with the Government of Sri Lanka or any Sri Lankan authority. The application can always be completed directly on the official portal eta.gov.lk. The Provider's fees cover checking the Customer's information, preparing the submission, and providing support — not government fees. The total price is always shown before confirmation and payment.

7. Processing times, changes and refusal

No refund is granted for an application refused by the competent authorities.
8. Right of withdrawal
Given the urgent nature of this assistance, performance of the Service begins as soon as payment is validated, before expiry of any legal withdrawal period.
The Customer expressly accepts this immediate commencement of performance of the Service.
